SIB (Cyprus) Limited is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, to operate as a Cypriot Investment Firm, under License number CIF 066/06 dated 15/06/2006. SIB (Cyprus) Limited is also a member of the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund. The ultimate beneficial owner of SIB (Cyprus) Limited (100%) is Sberbank of Russia, www.sberbank.ru.

The terms of SIB (CYPRUS) LIMITED s licence allow it to deal in:

• Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more Financial instruments^*
• Execution of orders on behalf of clients^*
• Dealing on own account
• Investment advice
• Underwriting of financial instruments and/or placing of financial instruments on a firm commitment basis
• Placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis

Additionally, SIB (CYPRUS) LIMITED is licensed to provide the following ancillary services:

• Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments for the account of clients, including custodianship and related services such as cash/collateral management.
• Granting credits or loans to an investor to allow him to carry out a transaction in one or more financial instruments, where the firm granting the credit or loan is involved in the transaction.
• Foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services
• Services related to underwriting
• Investment research and financial analysis or other forms of general recommendation relating to transactions in financial instruments.
• Advice to undertakings on capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters and advice and services relating to mergers and the purchase of undertakings
• Cross Border Services to European Economic Area (All Services Covered by the License): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands
• Provision of Services to Countries Outside the EU (All Services Covered by the License): Belarus, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Malaysia, United Kingdom
• Provision of Services Outside the EU (All Services Covered by the License Excluding Investment Advice): Anguilla, Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Japan, Kazakhstan, Monaco, Panama, Republic of Korea, Russia, Seychelles, Singapore, Switzerland , Taiwan, Turkey, USA, United Arab Emirates, Saint Kitts and Nevis

^* SIB (CYPRUS) LIMITED is licensed to receive, transmit and execute both for own account and on account of its clients, all financial instruments as stipulated in Annex 1 section C of Directive 2014/65/EU, except number 11-Emission allowances consisting of any units recognised for compliance with the requirements of Directive 2003/87/EC (Emission Trading Scheme). As for the other licensed services, SIB (CYPRUS) LIMITED provides financial services in respect of financial instruments according to the limitations of financial instruments and other requirements set up by the license.
